Snow Ice Cream

This rich ice cream dessert is a great way to make the most of this year’s when-will-it-end winter season. It can also easily be vegan.

READY IN: 15 minutes

SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 cups of snow
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk (almond for vegan)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Whisk together milk, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Leave bowl in freezer while you go get the snow.
  3. Add snow and mix together.
  4. You’ll have to eat it fast as the snow melts quickly.
