Up until a year ago, I was able to eat pretty much anything without having any problems. So I spent years and years being unhealthy. Everything changed when I developed a sensitivity to refined sugar, gluten, and preservatives.

With the help of my family and friends, I started to put together a collection of healthy recipes and diet expertise. I’m hoping to share this information with fellow health-concerned Canadians.
